Simply put: I want the people who want to be there, who enjoy talking to and meeting people - and because this is an entertainment operation - the accuracy of your dealing is important, but it is secondary to your ability to engage and provide a great experience to our guests. This is a funny-money operation, and they aren’t there to win thousands. They are there to have some fun, hear some jokes, and maybe learn a new game to impress their friends at the water cooler Monday.
Many of our players aren’t seasoned gamblers, and will need help when they play. Coaching, gentle reminders of their action, and maybe probably some advice on when a double-down is a good idea are all parts of the job.
