HOW IT WORKS: THE GIST
You’ve probably heard of or attended a ‘Casino night / Monte Carlo night’ before – but in case you haven’t - Full House Casino Entertainment is happy to fill you in on how they work.
Casino Parties are perfect for all kinds of occasions; from corporate events, birthday parties, conventions, bachelor/diaper parties, fundraisers, and even weddings! Truly any get-together can be more fun with some action! Full House Casino Entertainment features game tables much like those found in the casinos, and professional dealers who run the games. As guests arrive, they receive a predetermined amount of chips to play with at the casino game(s) of their choice, and they can play for the duration of the event (or when they run out of chips, depending on the host's "house rules.") The key difference between Casino Parties and "the real thing" is that unlike an actual casino, no actual gambling takes place at these events. The games are played with "funny money" or chips with no cash value and are played for entertainment only.
If there’s no money, how do I win?
Just because there isn’t money on the table, there are still a variety of ways that a player can win at a casino party. Event winners typically receive prizes provided either by you, the event host, or one of your sponsors. What you give away as prizes - if you choose to give any prizes away at all - is up to you. Prizes can be big or small; from a trophy to a new TV. The only limit - aside from your budget - is your imagination!
OUR 3 FAVORITE WAYS TO AWARD PRIZES
Raffle Drawing
By far our most popular prize method of the casino night is where there are raffle tickets awarded at the end of the night for each specific increment in chips. Each attendee would be given a set amount upon arrival (or given a voucher to redeem at one of our gaming tables) and would have the opportunity to ‘gamble’ those chips up or down – or simply keep their chips until the end of the night. When the gaming is over, they would receive a cash-out certificate from one of our dealers, and then redeem that certificate for Raffle tickets, to be placed either in one large drum OR in individual gift drawings.
Top Prize
For events with seasoned and competitive gamblers, they may prefer a more direct result from their skills – and a ‘High Score’ event might be a better fit. In this style, the prizes are pre-determined as ‘1st place, 2nd Place, etc..’ and attendees are encouraged to run up as much as they can in order to win the top prizes!
Prize Draft
Almost a hybrid of the two others – the ‘Draft’ version takes the Top Players and lets them chose from a selection of prizes. 1st place could pick the prize they wanted from the offering, then 2nd place, on down the line until all the prizes were selected! This has become more popular recently and can ensure that people get something they want!
