Full House Casino Entertainment knows great dealers aren’t born, they’re taught!*

If you are new to dealing, but think it would be a fun way to make some money on the weekends, you’re right. It is. And if you are interested in dealing, I am going to go out on a limb and say you’ve at very least been dealt-to before. At a party, at a casino, by your Great Uncle Ed in his den after Thanksgiving Dinner (I’m not judging, maybe he was really good).

We have all most likely experienced a range of dealers; from the wonderfully skilled, to the not-so-wonderfully skilled. From the warmest, most conversational, to the ones who are there to flop cards and wait for their next rotation. I want the people who want to be there, who enjoy talking to and meeting people - and because this is an entertainment operation - the accuracy of your dealing is important, but it is secondary to your ability to engage and provide a great experience to our guests. This is a funny-money set-up, and they aren’t there to win thousands. They are there to have some fun, hear some jokes, and maybe learn a new game to impress their friends. Many of our players aren’t seasoned gamblers, and will need help when they play. Coaching, gentle reminders of their action, and maybe probably some advice on when a double-down is a good idea are all parts of the job.

Much like we don’t judge our guests for not being grizzled casino-goers, fanny-packs and clip-on-casino-card-bungee cords at-the-ready, we won’t judge you if you’ve never asked anyone for insurance with one eyebrow elevated or made an elaborate sweeping motion with your arm over a felt table! We all start somewhere, and if you are a great candidate, we want you to start with us. We are forging a training program for future dealers who want to learn how to deal various casino games.

We strive to offer above-average pay and opportunity for growth as a way of attracting the best dealers to our tables. Fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you to quickly to talk about your experience and availability!
